Career Symposium: Seeking Professional Participants
Moon Area and Quaker Valley High Schools are partnering to plan an Arts/Humanities Career Symposium and need your expertise. We are asking professionals to share their knowledge with high school juniors from nine area high schools. January is Board Recognition Month!
Say thanks to our school board members! This January, local communities are encouraged to honor the contributions of their local school board members. Too often we neglect to recognize the commitment and hard work of these men and women who serve as advocates for our schools. The staff and students of our district are asking all members of the community to take a moment and tell a school board member: “Thanks for caring about our children.” So let’s all salute the dedicated men and women who make it possible for local citizens to have a say about education in our community. We applaud our board members for their vision and voice to help shape a better tomorrow.

Winter in Pennsylvania can mean rapidly changing weather and road conditions. If you don’t have to drive during a storm, don’t.
