Transfer Student Registration
Students transferring from other schools into Moon Area School District must enroll with the following information:
- Immunization Records. View Immunization Requirements.
- Birth Certificate
- Complete Name/Address/Phone Number of Previous School
- Transcript (middle and high school students only)
- Proof of Parent Residency
- Special Education Records (if applicable)
