Elementary Courses
Our elementary curriculum showcases a rigorous set of academic subjects for all grade levels:
- English
- Reading
- Spelling
- Handwriting
- Mathematics
- Science
- Health
- Social studies
Additionally, all students learn the following special subject skills one day per week for the entire year:
- Art
- Computers
- Library science
- Music
- Physical education
Fourth and fifth-grade students also have the option to take an additional instrumental music class (band or orchestra).
Elementary Life Skills and Adapted Physical Education courses provide programming for students with the most special needs.
Gifted education services also are provided at the elementary level.
