Two high school classes are partnering with two Brooks Elementary Classes to launch the Tiger Buddies program.
The program aims to provide younger students mentors. Students in the high school classes create lesson plans to teach their younger buddies.
To launch the Tiger Buddies program, the classes took a field trip to Janoski's Farm on Monday, October 22, 2018.
"We plan to do a few different outings and have a lot of ideas to really make this program cool this year," said Brooks Elementary teacher, Maureen Archer.
The program reinforces the District's "Choose Kind" positive behavior initiative.
