Students in kindergarten, first grade and second grade at Bon Meade Elementary school recently bundled up for a "Winter Wonderland" literacy night. The students engaged in different reading activities, crafts, and a "snowy" snack.

Tre Tipton, former Pitt football player and current mental health advocate, recently visited Moon Area High School for a school-wide ROAR assembly. Tre shared his powerful story with our high school students and encouraged them to persevere through the hard times and lift each other up.

Third grade students at Hyde Elementary School turned learning into an action-packed event with a verb relay race!
With some serious chicken dance skills, students flapped, twirled, and raced across the classroom to collect verbs! Once they retrieved their verb, they showcased their understanding by identifying if it was in past, present, or future tense!
