2020-2021 Registration Round-Up

Update: Due to the COVID-19 school closure, the Kindergarten Registration Round-Up event scheduled for April 28, 2020, has been canceled and will not be rescheduled. Also, all Transition Events are canceled and will not be rescheduled. You may still register your student during the closure. 

Moon Area School District is gearing up for the 2020-2021 school year and ready to welcome our youngest students!

The 2020-2021 Registration Readiness will allow each student will have the opportunity to take their readiness assessment at their elementary school this April.



First, parents and guardians must register their incoming kindergarteners at www.moonarea.net/content/registration beginning February 3, 2020 opening at 8:00 a.m. Registrants must use a valid email address to enroll their student. 

All student 2020-2021 school year information will not be available in Skyward until late summer, prior to the start of school.


Verify Documents

Upon completing the online registration, registrants will be prompted to schedule an appointment with our District Registrar to verify the following documents prior to attending the readiness assessment:

Schedule Assessment Appointment

At the end of your meeting with the District Registrar, you will be provided a registration activation code to schedule your child's readiness assessment at their elementary school.

Readiness assessments will take place at each neighborhood elementary school on April 28, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
