    UPDATE: On Thursday, April 9, 2020, Governor Wolf announced that Pennsylvania schools will remain closed for the rest of the 2019-2020 academic year. All facilities are closed until further notice. All events are cancelled or postponed until further notice. 

    The District’s Technology Department has established a technology support hotline for students only at 412-264-3013. The helpline will be staffed Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. during the closure. All calls received outside of this time frame will be recorded and returned in the order in which they were received.

As we continue to keep in close contact with the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) and monitor information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to keep you informed of proactive measures we are taking within the District.

First and foremost, the ACHD and CDC are continuing to encourage proper hygiene and coughing/sneezing etiquette to avoid the spread of any illness. Click here to review prevention recommendations by the CDC.

We have processes already underway, including increasing the frequency of routine school-wide disinfection. Schools are currently being professionally disinfected continually by our staff on a rotating basis. We are also making hand sanitizer more available in our buildings and during after-school events.
