Allard Students Celebrate Earth Day Earth Day at Allard

Fourth grade students and staff at Allard Elementary School wanted to honor Earth Day by showing that children can have a positive effect on the planet.  These future caretakers of the Earth planted over fifty bulbs in front of the school.  The flowers will not only beautify the school, but also provide much-needed shelter and food for pollinating insects such as bees and butterflies. Great job, fourth grade!

Register for MASD's Summer Remediation Program (K-6) summer remediation at MASD

The Moon Area School District is planning to offer currently enrolled K-6 students a summer remediation opportunity, and MASD would like community input to determine interest and site locations for in-person activities.

The proposed in-person learning program will operate from 9AM-12PM Monday through Thursday during four weeks in June/July (dates listed below). There will be no cost for students to attend. Lunch will be included at no charge, and the district will provide transportation. Bus transportation pick-up locations may be altered from traditional bus stop locations for efficiency purposes.
