Skyward Message Center
On Skyward, our student and parent portal, you will find the Skyward Message Center dialogue window after you log in. This is where you will find communications from your student's building and from District administration.
Skylert - Calls & Emails
Skylert, our mass communications system, helps us contact families via phone/email for inclement weather notices, District announcements, student absences, bus delays, emergencies, etc. Please be sure to update your contact information in Skyward so that we have the best information to reach you during these critical times.
Digital Calendar
We offer our families a completely digital way to keep up-to-date with MASD events. You can find the district's digital activity calendar as well as each school's calendar on our calendar page. There you can also find a link to our one page calendar overview, which is a great resource for days off and potential snow make up dates.
Inclement Weather
Families will receive a call and email through Skylert for inclement weather; however, we also post closings/delays on the website, social media, and broadcast media (KDKA, WPXI, and WTAE).
