If your child does not arrive home on the school bus as expected, we urge parents/guardians to take the following steps:

Call your child’s friends families

Contact your child’s building if within a half-hour of student dismissal

Call Central Administration until 4 p.m. - (412) 264-9440
We understand that this situation can cause undue stress and worry, but we encourage parents to proceed calmly and rationally as nearly all children are located at friends’ homes or taking part in after school activities. It is suggested that parents/guardians converse with their children daily about their plans for practices, visits and other activities to ensure each Moon Area student arrives home safely each day.
