Flyer Submission Procedures

Moon Area School District is happy to support our community organizations by sharing flyers and information on the flyer page of our website. 
 
 
Flyers posted are for information purposes only. Posting does not imply district endorsement of any event. Only not-for-profit and district-affiliated organizations will be considered for approval and posting. Flyer approval remains at the discretion of Moon Area School District. 
 
Flyers can be emailed to kdroney@moonarea.net for approval. Please include the following:
  • A copy of the flyer in both .pdf and .jpg form. 
  • The name of your organization.
  • Indicate if your organization is affiliated with Moon Area School District (i.e. booster group, PTO, etc.)
  • Indicate if your organization is a non-profit/ 501(c)3. 
Note: Athletic related flyers should be sent to both the Director of Communication (kdroney@moonarea.net) and the Athletic Director (aalcalde@moonarea.net).
