Accounting Students Participate in RMU Academic Immersive Experience
Moon Area High School (MAHS) College in High School (CHS) Accounting students attended the Robert Morris University (RMU) Academic Immersive Experience on Wednesday, September 30, at RMU.
The RMU Academic Immersive Experience provided high school students enrolled in RMU CHS programs with an opportunity to learn from RMU students and professors. Students were welcomed by RMU faculty, staff, and students.
Students competed in a scavenger hunt around the RMU campus. This activity integrated students with RMU students and other high school students, simulating the college experience.
At the conclusion of the scavenger hunt, lunch was provided in the RMU cafeteria, further immersing students in a college environment.
The event provided an opportunity to enhance classroom learning. The CHS Accounting course allows students to earn college credit while attending Moon Area High School.
