MAHS Honors Choir Performs at PMEA Music Performance Assessment
The Moon Area High School Honors Choir, under the direction of Lauren Emrich, shone brightly at the PMEA Music Performance Assessment held at Avonworth High School.
Honors Choir performed three memorized a Capella selections for a panel of collegiate choral directors and earned a top rating of 1 (Superior) from all three judges —the highest possible rating. After the performance, students participated in a clinic with Dr. Ryan Keeling from Westminster College, where they received valuable feedback to further enhance their performance.
