MAHS Students Participate in Senator for a Day Seminar
Fourteen Moon Area High School students from Mr. Trapizona and Mr. D’Eramo’ s 12th grade AP US Government and Politics classes participated in the “Senator for a Day” seminar, hosted by PA State Senator, Devlin Robinson’s on Thursday, October 18th at Robert Morris University UPMC Events Center.
Senator Robinson provided opportunities for positive educational interactions to discuss, debate and vote on Pennsylvania mock legislation. Our Moon High School “Student Senators” were able to collaborate with 70 other students from 8 local public schools in Senator Robinson’s district.
