Moon Area High School Student Abigail Ney Accepted into Prestigious All-Eastern Orchestra
Moon Area High School junior Abigail Ney has been selected to participate in the 2025 All-Eastern Orchestra! This prestigious ensemble will convene in Hartford, Connecticut at the end of April, bringing together some of the most talented young musicians from across the Eastern United States.
Abigail's selection for the All-Eastern Orchestra follows an impressive musical journey. Last spring, she earned a spot in the Pennsylvania All-State Orchestra, held in Erie, where she was seated as the third chair cello.
The All-Eastern Orchestra is an elite ensemble comprised of students who have excelled at the state level and are recognized for their exceptional musical abilities.
