MAMS Orchestra Students Attend Strings North Honors Orchestra Festival
Nineteen Moon Area Middle School students recently attended the Strings North Honors Orchestra Festival at North Hills Middle School!
Congratulations to 7th graders: Kaylee Drake (Bass), Aidan Gregory (Viola), Everett Hall (Violin 2), Emrik Hillwig (Violin 2), Aarav Nagarkoti (Violin 1), Leila Neville (Cello), Josef Perry (Cello), Ephratah Seleshi (Cello), Elif Turkmen (Violin 2), and Jackson Wolf (Cello) who performed in the middle school level ensemble.
Congratulations to 8th graders: Gabrielle Helsel (Violin 2), Soobin Kim (Violin 2), Kenza Krim (Cello), Yikuan Liang (Viola), Fiona Mihalyi (Cello), Pheona Peterson (Violin 2), Srinjita Roy (Violin 2), Delaney Stern (Violin 2), and Anna Zorn (Cello) who performed in the high school level ensemble.
The annual Strings North Honors Orchestra Festival brings together students from Pittsburgh’s northern area school districts, including, Deer Lakes, Hampton, Knoch, Mars, Moon Area, North Hills, Quaker Valley, Riverview, and Shaler.
