Brooks and McCormick Students Enjoy a Successful Transition Day

Brooks Elementary and McCormick Elementary students came together for a memorable and exciting Transition Day, marked by smiles, laughter, and the beginning of new friendships.

As students from Brooks Elementary explored the halls of their future school, they enjoyed refreshing popsicles, adding a sweet touch to their experience.

One of the day’s most meaningful activities was leaving their mark—literally—on their new grade-level spaces. Students proudly placed colorful handprints on the walls, creating a vibrant display that symbolizes their growth, unity, and the journey ahead. These handprints will be proudly showcased at McCormick this fall, serving as a warm and familiar welcome when students return.
