Focus Parent Portal Update - July 23

Dear Moon Area Families,  

Thank you for your patience as we transition from Skyward to Focus. Many families have already successfully activated their Focus Parent Portal accounts. If you have already completed your account setup, please disregard this message. 

 

Didn't Receive Monday's Email? 

If you did not receive Monday's email with instructions for activating your Focus Parent Portal account, please follow these steps: 

• Check your spam or junk folder. We've learned that the email has been filtered as spam in some cases.  

Subject line: MASD Official: Announcing Our New Student Information System: Welcome to the Focus Parent Portal!  

• If you have an @hotmail.com email address or, in some cases, an @outlook.com email address, it may be blocking Focus messages. We are working with Focus to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can activate your parent account using the steps below.

 

Getting Started 

Your Focus Parent Portal account will be created using the email address that received this communication. Even if you did not receive the email on Monday, you can still visit our website and follow the steps for activating your account.
