Focus Parent Portal Update - July 28

Dear Moon Area Families,  

Thank you again for your patience as we continue our transition to Focus.  

Activating Your Focus Parent Portal Account  

Many families have already successfully activated their Focus Parent Portal accounts. If you have already completed your account setup, please disregard this step. 

If you have not yet activated your Focus Parent Portal account, you can do it now by following the steps on our website. Your Focus Parent Portal account will be created using the email address that we have on file — the same email address that received this message.

Help Us Test Focus Communication 

As part of our transition to Focus, we are also sending a test phone call and test text message in addition to this email. The purpose of this is to ensure that we have an accurate distribution list prior to the start of the school year.  

If you did not receive all three (email, phone call, text message) today, please activate your Parent Portal account and confirm your information is up to date.  

• If your information needs to be updated, you can make those changes directly in the Parent Portal. 

• If your information is correct but you still have not received one or more of the test messages, please submit an MASD Help Ticket.
