MASD Strategic Planning Team
Dear MASD Community,
Moon Area School District is working on a five year strategic plan. The goal of the strategic plan is to create a vision for our future. As part of the process, we will define our mission and core values, as well as the objective and action plans we will take to achieve our vision. Ultimately, our strategic plan will be our framework for success at Moon Area School District.
Community engagement is an essential component to strategic planning. The strategic planning team will include MASD faculty, staff and students along with board members, community members and representatives from local businesses/organizations.
The strategic planing team will meet both in person and virtually several times over the course of a year (March 2023 - March 2024). The first meeting will take place on March 23rd. This will be a full day collaboration.
