Moon Area Homecoming Carnival - Booth Reservation

It’s time to start thinking about Homecoming 2026!

With construction taking place on campus, we are shifting our Homecoming festivities a bit, but make no mistake -- they are still going to happen!

If you are interested in setting up a booth with us on Thursday, September 24th from 5:30-8:00 PM, please fill out the form linked below, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booth idea. To be fair to everyone and avoid overlap, we will only allow one booth of each type to be set up, so don’t delay!

This year the carnival will take place in the lot closest to the Student Entrance of the High School (where the busses pick up/drop off) and, just like in previous years, will not have access to electricity or running water.  Everyone will get roughly a 12x12 space to set up and will need to provide their own tables, chairs, and signage. Pop up canopy tents are permitted as well, but will need to be provided by the individual groups. We do welcome community members to set up booths as well for a $25 donation, but please know we do not accept applications for political or religious affiliated groups. The deadline for signups is Friday, September 4th.
